Responsible for the Mutual Funds activity of the firm, Gilles Martin assists numerous funds or funds’ sponsors, both French or foreign, with their French operations, their relationship with the AMF (the French regulator) and financial institutions, the implementation of their distribution network or the marketing of their new products and the negotiation of all related contracts.
Restructuring and insolvency :
In addition to this niche activity, Gilles Martin represents clients regularly for the restructuring and sales or acquisition of companies, notably in the context of insolvency proceedings.
Litigation and arbitration :
He regularly litigates (whether before the courts or in arbitration) matters within his specialist areas as well as in post acquisition disputes.
Education and career
University of Nice (Maîtrise de droit privé 1985, DEA de Droit des Affaires 1987, DESS d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE) 1988), CAPA in 1990. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990, Gilles Martin has been an associate with various corporate law firms before joining Campbell Philippart Laigo & Associés where he has been a partner from 2000 to 2011. He is managing partner of Alma & Peak since the establishment of the firm in January 2012.

Tax inspector for 7 years, Bruno Dervieu has been admitted to the Bar of the Hauts de Seine in 1991 when he joined a corporate firm.
